Terms and Conditions

Subby is a tool for tracking your subscriptions and upcoming payments. It shows you information based on what you enter, and does not cancel, pay for or manage subscriptions on your behalf.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Subby. If you use it for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for that business.

• Keep your sign-in details secure and do not share them with others.
• Make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date.
• Let us know straight away if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

You are responsible for activity that happens in your account.

The Free plan lets you track up to 5 subscriptions at no cost. The Pro plan is billed monthly or annually at the price shown when you sign up.

• Pro plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have paid for.
• We will give you notice before any price change takes effect for your plan.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including any right to a refund for a major failure of the service.

When using Subby, you agree not to:

• Break any law, or use Subby to harm others.
• Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code.
• Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

The subscription details you add to Subby belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the service to you.

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

We work hard to keep Subby running smoothly, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. We may update, add or remove features over time, and will let you know about changes that significantly affect you.

Subby is a tracking tool, and you remain responsible for your own payments and financial decisions. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for missed or unexpected charges from third-party services.

Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is limited, where the law allows, to supplying the service again or refunding what you paid for it.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why unless we are not allowed to.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you agree to the jurisdiction of its courts.
